THE BEST rental experience of my life. I don’t mean car rental, I mean rental of any kind. 10/10 From start to finish the experience was flawless. Alessandra was my booking contact and offered me incredibly competitive pricing for the large van I needed for my family. He had multiple options that would meet my needs and helped me choose what was perfect for us. They carry a huge range of luxury vehicles including very high end sports cars; all priced shockingly well. Much cheaper than renting luxury sports cars in the US. The Mercedes van was incredibly clean, new, and well cared for. He ended up having an even newer model available and offered it to us mid-trip free of charge. We didn’t need anything different, but the free offer was appreciated. We were met outside of the main arrivals gate by Radu, sign in hand with my name on it. He carried our luggage to the van for us and was extremely friendly and helpful. An infant car seat we had requested was already installed when we got the car. The car seat was high quality by American standards and we felt very safe with our 4 month old sitting in it for our 2 week trip. The car seat was no extra charge. We dropped the van back off at FCO and were met by Dusan. He helped get our luggage and car seats organized and walked us to the front, pushing our luggage along the way. We were waiting to be picked up by another car for our trip into Rome and being a rainy day, Dusan offered that we could sit in the car while we waited to be picked up. Such a nice guy. I will never use another car rental in Italy.

They delivered it to us in Varenna right after our wedding and picked it up in Rome seamlessly. Per quanto riguarda la sede di Roma: professionali attenti disponibili. Il servizio , (perché di questo si tratta) è eccellente.
